Instructions
Prep Pan & Oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Mix Wet Ingredients
Whisk melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix well.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
Finish Batter
Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake & Cool
Spread batter in pan. Bake 25–28 min until golden. Cool 15 min before cutting into bars.

For extra gooey blondies, underbake slightly and let them set as they cool.
