Ingredients
  

  • 1 (about 8-10 inches) low-carb tortilla (sugar-free)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • 6-8 slices pepperoni or other desired toppings
  • ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional, for brushing the tortilla)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven:
    Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). If using an air fryer, preheat it to 375°F (190°C).

  • Prepare the tortilla And add sauce: :
    Place the low-carb tortilla on a baking sheet or pizza stone. For extra crispiness, lightly brush the tortilla with olive oil.
  • Add cheese and topping, season: :
    Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the sauce. Add pepperoni slices or any other toppings you prefer. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and garlic powder evenly over the toppings.

    Place the tortilla pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the tortilla are golden brown. If using an air fryer, cook for 6-8 minutes.
