- 1 Tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
For the Caramel
- ½ Cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- ¼ Cup Heavy cream
- Pinch of salt
For Finishing

Make the Crust
