Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cupĀ  heavy cream
  • 1/4 cupĀ  2% milk can substitute with whole milk for a richer foam
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup store-bought or homemade

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients:
    In a small bowl or directly into the blender, combine 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of 2% milk, and 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup.

  • Blend or Froth:
    Using a blender: Blend the mixture on high speed for 30 seconds until it becomes thick and creamy, but not too stiff.
    Using a milk frother: Pour the mixture into a small bowl or frothing pitcher. Froth until it forms a soft, fluffy foam.
    Using a French press: Pour the mixture into a clean French press. Move the plunger up and down rapidly for about 30 seconds until foam forms.

  • Serve:
